Paul Shampine unveils his new sculptural pod series “Embryonic Armour” a twist on nature's life delivery vessels and embryo protecting mechanisms - seeds, seed pods, tubers and spore-like forms.
Repurposed material including fieldstone, fallen red oak, copper, steel and glass slag from Florence Italy find there way back to casting renewed shadows and projecting reborn light.
